Most Popular Domestic Destinations to celebrate Valentine’s Day 2014 are Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Kerala, Goa, Manali, Ooty, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, Munnar, Gangtok, Sikkim, Coorg, Karnataka, Kashmir. Mahabaleshwar, Pachmarhi, Sikkim and Araku Valley are also popular among Indian couples this Valentine’s Day.

The top international romantic getaways for Valentine’s Day 2014 are Thailand, Maldives, Bali, Singapore, Mauritius, Bangkok, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Switzerland and Malaysia.

The report also reveals about the day when couples plan their Valentine’s Day getaway. Generally Wednesdays have been the most popular holiday planning day for Indian travellers, when number of trips planned and average holiday budget is highest. But for Valentine’s Day, Friday has been the preferred day to plan.
