Samajwadi Party minister Azam Khan is in more trouble over another controversial speech he delivered a day before the Election Commission directed the UP government not to allow him at public meetings, rallies or roadshows.
The state election authorities have sent to the EC a transcript of the speech in Kila Rampur made on April 10 in which he purportedly reiterates his controversial Kargil remarks (even naming an Army battalion this time), targets BJP leader Amit Shah (he too has been banned from public rallies) as a ?fascist? and ?insaniyat ka qaatil? and asks BJP PM candidate Narendra Modi whether ?he wasn?t standing in a sea of our blood?.
The EC is issuing fresh showcause notice for alleged violation of the model code. The state government is likely to register another FIR against him.

Khan had said, as per the transcripts. Khan had been issued a notice earlier for saying ?those who fought for victory in Kargil were not Hindu, but Muslim soldiers?.
Training his guns on Modi, he said, ?…Narendra Modiji, kya aap hamare khoon ke samandar mein nahi khade ho? Maaf karde Hindustan, Hindustan apke haathon mein de dein? Hindustan ki baagdor kisi hatyare,? Kisi kaatil ke haath mein nahi di ja sakti hai.?
Khan targeted Amit Shah, saying ?Amit Shah ke jawab aur Amit Shah ke mansoobon se desh nahi chalega. Woh fascist hai, aur insaniyat ka qaatil hai. Usey maaf nahi kiya ja sakta hai.?
