In a letter to BJP?s PM candidate Narendra Modi, Arvind Kejriwal has asked him to clarify his stand on whether, if voted to power, his government would pay Reliance Industries (RIL) chief Mukesh Ambani at the rate of $8 per unit for natural gas from the wells given to Reliance Industries or continue at the current rate of $4 per unit.
