Collabera, a global IT company today said it has spun-off company’s $100 million IT Solutions Group to form a new firm Brillio, which will focus on improving competitive advantage for customers through new technology that solves real business problems.
Brillio will accelerate its new strategy by continuing to strengthen the long lasting, premier relationships with the Fortune 500 client base with which it is currently engaged.
According to Collabera, the new firm Brillio will help customers focus on three critical areas needed to compete effectively that include innovate for growth, improve business agility and renew IT efficiency.
Brillio has assembled a global team of leaders with industry expertise poised to form an innovation ecosystem around clients to become extensions of their strategy and R&D groups in order to identify opportunities for growth.
It will educate and equip its clients – organizations of all sizes - with the resources they need to enable a more agile delivery of products and services to their customers. Brillio is headquartered in Jersey City, New Jersey with offices in Bangalore, Silicon Valley and London.
