It churns out 82bhp and 114Nm of torque coupled with either 4-speed automatic or 5-speed manual transmission gearbox choices. On the other hand, the diesel motor is a new 1.1L U2 CRDi engine which is manufactured locally at Chennai facility. The engine is capable of producing 70bhp and 160Nm of torque mated with five-speed manual transmission gearbox. This new CRDi engine adds more to the fuel efficiency of the vehicle which perfectly suits to the Indian road conditions.
