While India may have got its say on food security, the WTO deal continues to hang in balance after Cuba raised objections to the trade facilitation text.

Cuba, along with certain Latin American, is understood to have backed out after the language in the TF agreement did not indicate a lifting of the US embargo at the meeting of trade ministers early hours of Saturday.
