The Indian School of Business is likely to announce setting up of a Big Leap Club during a two day conference Big Leap Summit to be held at ISB Mohali in Punjab on September 6 and 7.
Pradeep Singh, CEO, Mohali campus and Deputy Dean, ISB, said that over the years, SME clusters have played a very important role of being the drivers of growth in India in general and in the states of Punjab, Haryana , Himachal Pradesh and the surrounding region in particular. However, the SMEs have not always been able to take full advantage of the opportunities presented by fast pace of globalization. A major reason for this has been the lack of access to latest best practices being followed around the world.
