Jeera prices shed Rs 100 per quintal in the national capital today on reduced offtake by retailers and stockists due to a fall in demand in the domestic markets amid adequate stocks.
Jeera common and best quality fell by Rs 100 each to Rs 15,100-15,200 and Rs 18,300-18,800 per quintal, respectively.
Marketmen said subdued export and domestic demand against adequate stocks mainly led to a fall jeera prices in the wholesale kirana market here.
