In fact, it is the Hollywood release ‘300: Rise of an Empire’ that holds dominance in Indian silver screen.
However, Queen box office collections have managed to do slightly better than its competitors Gulaab Gang and Total Siyapaa, coming at the top with Rs. 13.69 crore.
With only Rs. 7.43 crore in gross collections, Madhuri Dixit-Juhu Chawla starrer ‘Gulaab Gang’ suffered a setback, moving below Ali Zafar-Yami Gautam’s Total Siyapaa, which collected Rs. 10.36 crore.
The dismal box office collections scene is being attributed to exam fever, due to which students and the youth have steered clear of movie theatres.
