The said package highlights the need to keep continuous focus on the qualitative aspect of the Right to Education. Speaking on this occasion, UNICEF India Celebrity Advocate, Kareena Kapoor said, "I recently visited Rajasthan with UNICEF to see child-friendly schools and to meet some of the girls and boys that are benefitting from these programmes. These are places where children are full of joy when they interact with teachers, where children feel safe and secure and where interactive and creative tools are used to ensure that children are happy and learning."

Kareena Kapoor, who is now very keen on visiting the schools in U.P., M.P. and Chattisgarh, said that she is soon planning to go to schools in these places and make a difference in whatever way possible.
