Kings XI Punjab may not be one of the high-flying teams competing in the Indian Premier League (IPL), their best performance being an appearance in the semi-final of the first season back in 2008, but that clearly has not stopped sponsors from knocking at the club?s door.
In a financial boost, Kings XI Punjab on Thursday announced Tata Motors Prima as their title sponsor, which means the players would carry the firm?s name on the front of their shirts.
Also on board are Trip Factory, McDowells, Britannia, Pepsi, Flying Machine, Prayag Bath Fittings, Frontline Securities, R N Sports and Amazon – team continues its existing relationship with Arise India, ACC Cement, Kingfisher and TK Sports for this year.
