Handset maker Lava International on Friday launched its latest android smartphone, Lava Iris 405+, priced at at Rs 6,999. The device is an upgraded version of the Lava Iris 405.
The smartphone is equipped with a 1.3 GHz dual core processor and Android Jelly Bean OS. The device has a metal finishing on the front cover and a back finishing, which gives the feeling of a scratch less back cover.
The company claims Iris 405+ is one of the very few products in this price range that are this slim (9.0 mm) and have a premium finishing.
The Lava Iris 405+ has 4 inch LCD WVGA display and is backed by 512 MB of RAM. It packs 4GB of internal storage and supports a microSD card of up to 32 GB. It comes with a 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery.
The device also sports a 5-MP rear camera with 720p HD video recording and flash, and a 0.3-MP front camera. Connectivity options on the Lava Iris 405+ include 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.The handsets are available for sale across all national retail stores, multi-brand outlets across India and leading online stores.
