Pop diva Madonna has topped Forbes magazine's highest earning celebrities list for 2013.
The 'Material Girl' hitmaker was named number one in the annual rich list because her MDNA tour boosted her estimated earnings to USD 125 million between June 2012 and June 2013, reported Forbes magazine.
Ranking second on the list with USD 25 million less than Madonna, 53, is director Steven Spielberg. He earned an estimated USD 100 million between June 2011 and June 2012.
His vast library of classic films - including "Jurassic Park", "Jaws", "E.T." and "Schindler's List" - have helped bring in the cash. last year's "Lincoln" brought in USD 275 million on a budget of USD 65 million.
The third place was dominated by '50 Shades of Grey' author E L James, Howard Stern and media mogul Simon Cowell. They all earned USD 95 million.
