Meru Cabs have also been awarded for their technologically advanced taxi mobile app that is available on all leading OS – iOS, Android and Windows. The Meru Mobile App, currently used by more than 2 lakh patrons in India, has won the Trip Advisor?s Travellers? Choice award in its launch year.
The app contains features like ICE (In Case of Emergency), which provides safety measures to travellers and Insta-Pay (mobile payment option), which enables passengers to make payment by their credit / debit card.
