IBPS Clerk, PO, SO calendar 2018: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the dates of examination that are to be held during 2018-19 at ibps.in. The datesheet has been announced for the examination of Rural Regional Banks (RRB) and Public Sector Banks (PBS). According to the official notification that was released on the website, the preliminary examination exam of CWE RRB-VII for the post of Officers and Office Assistants will be held in the month of September this year. The main exam of Officer Scale I is scheduled for September 30, 2018 and test of Office Assistants will be held on October 7, 2018. The IBPS examination takes place in two tiers. The candidates appearing for CWE VII onwards, firstly have to take a preliminary examination. Only when they get shortlisted, they appear for the main examination. The questions in the main examination will be related to the profession.
Final merit list does not consider the marks obtained in the prelims. It is considered only when candidates are shortlisted for the interview. All other important questions related to the examination will be posted on the official website of IBPS in due time.
IBPS Clerk, PO, SO calendar 2018: Here is the detailed schedule for IBPS exam-
1. RRBs-CWE RRB-VII (Officers) and CWE RRB-VII (Office Assistants)
Preliminary Examination: Officer Scale I and Office Assistants Exam will be held on 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th and 25th August and on 1st September 2018.
Single Examination:- Officers Scale II and III to be conducted on 30th September 2018.
Main Examination:-
1. Officer Scale I is scheduled for 30th September 2018.
2. Office Assistants Exam will be held on 7th October 2018.
2. PSBs-CWE PO/MT-VIII, CWE CLERK-VIII and CWE SPL-VIII
Preliminary Examination for Probationary Officers is scheduled for 13th, 14th, 20th and 21st October 2018.
Main Examination for Probationary Officers will be held on 18th November 2018.
Preliminary Examination for Clerks– PSBs – CWE SPL VII– is scheduled for 8th, 9th, 15th and 16th December 2018
Main examination for Clerks is scheduled for 20th January 2019
Preliminary Examination for SO– CWE SPL – VIII– is scheduled for 29th and 30th December 2018
Main examination for SO is scheduled for 27th January 2019
Process of Registration: The registration process will be through online mode only and there will be a single registration for both Preliminary and Main examination, wherever applicable.
