The MMRDA had recently referred the decision about the contract of the delayed Charkop-Bandra-Mankhurd Metro, which had become a stalemate, to the state government. There has been no response from the state government on the issue till now. A Mumbai-based artist Vaibhav Raj Shah has created an artwork based on 26/11 terrorist Ajmal Kasab, which was recently showcased at the Museum of Memories.
This was a one-day exhibition held at the Godrej Vikhroli campus.
The black and white video installation shows a Kasab look-a-like yawning perpetually while looking at the camera and is played on loop.
“The act on screen itself is contagious and makes the viewer yawn too. I’m reflecting society’s complacency via him,” the 29-year-old artist said.

On Tuesday, a worried Farhan Akhtar called up activists as a tower was being put up near his mother Honey Irani’s home in Bandra.
