Nothing negative to worry about

I do not think there is going to be any negative impact on the outsourcing industry.

I do not think there is going to be any negative impact on the outsourcing industry. Since this is the second term for Obama, he will do a lot more to help the economy grow. Indian companies will have to follow good corporate governance practice. There can be comprehensive immigration policy.

A lot of Hispanics, Mexicans and minorities have voted for Obama. The local hiring that had already gained pace among Indian firms will continue. We should not expect great positive moves overnight from the Obama administration, but there is definitely nothing negative to worry about. Whether Obama will be able to uplift the economy, depends on the fiscal cliff coming up in January. Here, he needs to get more consensus to focus on getting growth back. He has plans for shale gas, ideas around development of new energy, healthcare and education. All this will work out on how Obama plays his second term, his focus should ideally be on growth now.

The Indian government is relatively stable now and is getting more investments. We need to accelerate the FDI process in India and talk to more American companies to come here.

India is a significant growth partner to the US and if the US economy doesn?t improve then most of the funds will remain there. A strong US is good for the whole world hence, the next four months will be critical for the country as well as globally.

The vote shift has happened in the country. Mitt Romney was not able to convince the non-traditional Americans which are the African-Americans, women, Hispanics. They believed in Obama and, hence, Republicans need to work in this direction now.
