The R180-crore initial public offering (IPO) of Wonderla Holidays was subscribed 38 times on the final day of bidding, with the non-institutional investor (NII) category joining the party. The three-day issue, which started on Monday, was priced between R115 and R125 a share.
The non-institutional book was subscribed 159.04 times as at 7:30 pm IST, data from stock exchanges showed. More than 34.59 crore shares were bid for by corporate bodies and HNIs against 21.75 lakh shares reserved for the category.
The retail book was subscribed 7.52 times. Investors bid for 3.81 crore shares compared with 50.75 lakh shares on offer.
About 91.4% of the total bids by retail investors came at the cut-off price.
The qualified institutional buyers’ (QIBs) book also gained momentum on the final day.
The institutional book was subscribed 16.7 times. More than 8.48 crore shares were bid against 50.75 lakh shares on offer.
