Eon Electric to list demerged unit soon
Eon Electric on Wednesday said it would list its demerged entity, Advance Metering Technology, on stock exchanges in the next couple of weeks. Eon Electric, formerly known as Indo Asian Fusegear, in April this year demerged its power generation and energy meter businesses into a separate companycalled Advance Metering Technology. The move followed suspension of trading for Eon Electric scrip on the BSE. It would resume trading on Thursday.
Samara Capital buys 18% stake in Monte Carlo

HDFC allots 33,300 shares in exchange of warrants
Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) has informed BSE that the corporation on Wednesday allotted 33,300 equity shares of R2 each, pursuant to exchange of 33,300 warrants by 14 warrant holders of the corporation. Further, the corporation has extinguished the 33,300 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,46,62,280. Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at R295,63,22,980.
United Phosphorus NCD issue closes
United Phosphorus has informed BSE that the proposed issue of partly paid, unsecured listed, redeemable and non-convertible debenture of R10,00,000/- each for cash at par aggregating to R300 crore, closed on Wednesday.
