The sale for Xiaomi?s Mi3 phone, which led to Flipkart website crashing last week, resumed on Tuesday, but there were no outages.
According to the company, the second batch was sold out in five seconds. Last week, Flipkart had received 100,000 registrations for Mi3, a company spokesperson said, but declined to comment on the number of phones sold.
?We underestimated the demand we would receive and we are taking steps to ramp up the supply as soon as possible,? Manu Jain, India operations head, Xiaomi had said.
