The much-awaited ‘Singham Returns’, which brings the unbeatable Rohit Shetty – Ajay Devgn combination together, had a thunderous start across single screens and a solid start at multiplexes. 15 August being a national holiday, the film is expected to witness strong footfalls across cineplexes all through the day and there’s a strong possibility that it could emerge not just Ajay’s highest opener, but also Ajay’s highest grosser too.
The advance booking of ‘Singham Returns’ was more than encouraging in several circuits and going by trends, the film should pack a solid total on Day 1 and also over the weekend.
