Following the footsteps of married actresses like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty and Kareena Kapoor who have added their husband\’s surname, Vidya Balan has also expressed a desire to add her husband\’s surname.
According to a report published in a leading daily, The Dirty Picture actress now wants to add her husband and UTV head honcho Siddharth Roy Kapur\’s surname to hers.
Vidya, who will be seen in Ghanchakkar opposite Emraan Hashmi, wants to be called Vidya Balan Roy Kapur, according to the report.
The National award winning actress has her hands full with major assignments including a biopic on MS Subbulakshmi and is also shooting for Shaadi Ke Side Effects.
She is also going to shoot a special song for her soon-to-release Ghanchakkar.
