Close on the heels of the proposed R22-crore spice park in south Kashmir for saffron, Wayanad valley in north Kerala will get a R15-crore spice park with Centre and state support. The park will focus on pepper and will have all the facilities for cleaning, grading, processing and value addition.
?There is great of need for value addition. Spices export will touch the $3-billion mark,? commerce minister Anand Sharma said.
