What is the Cosmos Horizon project about?

It is one of our very good high-end offerings. The project comprises luxurious 27-storied residential towers with two-level podium parking, club house, swimming pool, jogging track, landscaped garden, three high speed elevators and so on. The flats on offer include 2 and 3 BHK with areas ranging from 765 to 1,042 sq ft.

We have heard about your Hawaiian Village project. Give us details.

The Cosmos Hawaiian Village is coming up at Ovla village near Thane. Spread over an area of 1,37,280 sq mtr the project is being done in five phases. The bungalow plot areas range from 4,000 sq ft to 17,000 sq ft. The ground+1 structures would be equipped with modern amenities such as shower panel, private garden and backyard with vegetable & fruit plantations, shower cubicle with Jacuzzi, inverter, intercom, vitrified tiles, drip irrigation and so on. In spite of all the facilities, they will retain the flavour of Hawaiian architecture and design.

Which are your other important projects at Thane?

Another project worth mentioning is Cosmos Lounge, which comprises seven multi-storied towers offering 2, 2 ? and 3 BHK homes. Vitrified flooring, polished granite platform, designer bathrooms with Jacquar fittings, club house, gymnasium are some of the facilities that make them a truly luxury offering.

Why are many of your projects located in Thane?

Thane especially Ghodbunder Road, as you may be aware, is one of the fastest growing residential destinations in the island city of Mumbai. It is not only preferred for its connectivity but is also looked at as a sound investment proposition. Hence, we have other projects such as Cosmos Springs located here as well.

Tell us about Cosmos Springs.

This project is located near Mahindra Global Gallery showroom at Ovla, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. It has four buildings out of which three towers are of 16 storey and one tower of seven stories. One of its highlights is that 80 per cent of the flats are garden facing.

Which are your other key projects?

Sankalp Heights, near Flower Valley, Thane. These are 2BHK flats of 736 to 782 sq ft.
