Shazahn Padamsee signed by Torque Pharma for Ketomac
Shazahn Padamsee, who was last seen in Housefull 2, has been signed by Torque Pharma's hair care brand Ketomac, as the brand ambassador. The actress will now be seen endorsing the hair care range by the brand, in both print and television campaigns. Confirming the news, Padamsee said, "Yes, I am very excited to join hands with Ketomac and endorse their wonderful shampoo. I have always had long hair, which I am very proud of and the fact that I am roped in to promote a product like this is just what I wanted. I wanted to endorse a hair care product since quite sometime and it's finally happening." She has already shot for a print campaign and TVC, the filming for which took place in Mumbai. The advertisement was shot by Shireen Mantri of EyeCandy films.
Ask Padamsee what really compelled her to accept the role as the face of Ketomac and she says, "I tried the product before I signed up and honestly, it's just amazing. After the first wash, my hair felt so fresh, clean and nice. I am completely against preservatives and this product does not have any of it.
Alia Bhatt to endorse Hero Motocorp
After tasting great success at the box office this year, actress Alia Bhatt has bagged another endorsement inher kitty. She has been signed as the brand ambassador for Hero Motocorp and will be starting off her association with the company with a new ad campaign for Pleasure, one of Hero's best selling scooter targeted at women. Bhatt also shot for the ad campaign in Manali last week.

IDBI bank presents first signature debit card to Rishi Kapoor
In a bid to provide better services and cater to the needs of their high network investors, IDBI bank has launched its first signature debit card. The card was presented to actor Rishi Kapoor by M. S. Raghavan, Chief Managing Director of the bank at a function held recently in Mumbai.
Facebook Inc wants its users in India to hang up on advertisers. The Internet social networking company is testing a new type of ad in the country that allows mobile phone users to click a button that calls a brand advertiser, immediately hangs up and then receives a return call. The return call delivers pre-recorded audio messages about everything from sponsored cricket scores to information about shopping discounts, minimizing data charges for the user.
The ads are part of Facebooks effort to bolster its business in countries such as Brazil, India and Indonesia, which could help Facebook boost its overall revenue. Roughly 84 per cent of Facebooks 1.28 billion monthly users are outside the United States and Canada, but the average revenue per user that Facebook generates in international markets is significantly lower than in the United States and Canada.
Facebook Chief Operating Officer, Sheryl Sandberg is in India this week visiting the companys offices and meeting with partners. Last week, Facebook rival Google Inc Inc announced plans to bolster its business there by developing a sub-$100 smartphone that uses its Android software. Facebook has optimized the ads on its service to work on slower wireless connections in emerging markets and it is improving its tools in individual countries to help marketers better target different groups of users.
