The list, among others, has the names of Arun Kumar Gupta, chairman/MD Police Awas Nigam, Ranjan Dwivedi, IG, Police Recruitment and Promotion Board, Jagmohan Yadav, ADG Law and Order, Kanhaiya Lal Meena, ADG Training Headquarters, Sutapa Sanyal, IG, GAIL India Limited, GOI, Ram Narayan Singh, ADG Prosecution, Kamal Saksena, IG/secretary, Home, Sanjay M Tarade, IG, CBCID Headquarters, Vijay Kumar, IG, Prosecution.
Ram Narayan Singh, ADG Prosecution, said he had submitted his IPR for 2010 and that he did not acquire any new property in 2011, adding he will have to check if he had submitted the IPR 2011.
Kamal Saksena, IG/secretary, Home, said he sunmitted his IPR in February. Sanjay M Tarade, IG, CBCID Headquarters, said he had sent his IPR before January 31, to IG (Karmik). On being contacted, IG (Karmik) Tanuja Srivastava declined to comment.

The MHA began putting the yearly IPR statements of all IPS officers on its website from the year 2011. The officers had been asked to submit their IPR statements of 2011 by January 31 this year. Defaulting officers’ names would also be displayed on the website, the letter from the ministry said. Those officers would be denied Vigilance clearance and will not be considered for promotion and empanelment for senior-level posts in the Government of India.
As per the All India Services (Conduct) Rules, the officers are required to submit full particulars of their immovable property inherited or owned or held by them on lease or mortgage either on his name or in the name of any other member of their family in January every year.
The names of 23 IAS officers of UP cadre have also been put on the website of Department of Training and Personnel (DoPT) for not submitting their IPR statements for the year 2011. DoPT is the cadre-controlling authority for IAS officers.
Officers who have not submitted their IPR statements for year 2011 include senior IAS officer Pradeep Shukla, lodged in jail in connection with the NRHM scam, Ravindra Kumar Sharma, chairman of Administrative Tribunal-I and Vigilance Commission,UP, Surya Pratap Singh, Atul Bagai, Shambhu Nath Shukla, principal secretary, Housing and Urban Planning Department, and Sanjeev Kumar, secretary, Public Works Department.
S P Singh, joint secretary, Appointment Department, said they had already sent all the IPR statements received from the IAS officers to the DoPT.
