Nissan today unveiled the new Nissan Sunny on the second day of the Auto Expo 2014 at Greater Noida.
The automaker also showcased 'Friend Me' concept along with GT-R GT500 race car which competes in Japan’s prestigious Super GT Championship.
The new version of Nissan's popular midsize sedan Sunny features a fresh new face, courtesy sporty boomerang-shaped headlamps and a bolder front grille, refreshed interior as well as premium audio system.
Nissan's Friend-Me Concept channels Nissan’s passion for design excitement and originality into a concept that explores the possibilities for a next-generation saloon. Making its Indian debut at the Delhi Auto Expo, Friend-Me combines sporty and dynamic new design features with a cabin that showcases Nissan's latest vision of in-car technology and entertainment.
In addition to the vehicles, Nissan also introduced ‘Nissan GT Academy’ in India. GT academy gives gamers a once in a lifetime opportunity to become real-world racing drivers by competing on racing simulators.
Nissan makes several models in India, including Micra and Micra Active hatchbacks, Evalia MUV and Terrano Compact SUV.
