The policies of the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government had led to an all-round crisis in the economy, infrastructure, investment and investment sentiment, Union Minister for Law and Justice and Communications and Information Technology Ravi Shankar Prasad said.

There was also demoralisation and lingering apprehension in the bureaucracy from top to bottom, Prasad said at the Indian Express’ Idea Exchange, which he said, PM Naendra Modi was keen to reverse.
