SBI chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya said on Wednesday the lender will raise R9,576 crore through the qualified institutional placement (QIP) route before March 2014.
Mayaram: Women more credible
Women are more credible and bankable, and lending to them will strengthen the microfinance movement and serve the goal of financial inclusion, said finance secretary Arvind Mayaram at the Microfinance India Summit.
